Who we are
GIIC size 35,000 m² , located in first phase at Sudair City for Industry and Businesses, as one of the largest industrial zones set up in 2009G, supervised by "MODON" Saudi Industrial Property Authority.
The Kingdom perceives a brilliant future in it as it is located on the Riyadh-Qassim Highway with SAR train passing through it.
The estimated area of the city is 265 million m², wherein MODON developed the first phase on an area of 8 million square meters and has developed the construction materials area on an area of 4.5 million m², with full focus on building integrated infrastructure services in order to reach a model city of specific specifications and universal standards. An estimated area of 12 million m² has also been developed in the second phase.
